 Delivery time is indicated from the day of sending the order. Please note that delivery time may take longer during the holidays or the discount period, so do not postpone it until the last minute. What are the delivery methods for the order?

We work with different carriers. In the Baltic States, the orders are sent by Omniva or DPD, but the rest of Europe by Latvian post, UPS or DHL.

Regarding the delivery of goods to Omniva parcel terminals and DPD pick-up points in the Baltic States, you will be informed about the arrival of the goods at the chosen location by a message to your mobile phone, which will contain information about the door code, parcel location, return code and storage expiration date.


How long does it take to dispatch the order?

We will send the order within 1-3 business days. If there are no obstacles, delivery will be sent on the next business day. We will notify you, in case the order cannot be dispatched within 3 business days.


Is it possible to change the delivery address after placing the order?

If you notice an error in the delivery address in your order, you have the opportunity to change it by contacting us by e-mail: If the product has already been dispatched, the address can no longer be changed. Orders returned due to an invalid shipping address will be subject to a new shipping fee.


International delivery (non-EU)

We deliver online orders to the countries and territories indicated in the delivery addresses, but for orders outside Europe, please send us an individual request by e-mail or contact us via the contacts listed on the website, as beauty products have different restrictions in each in the country.
