How to use:

unpack;
heat up for 2-3 min., maximal heating temperature is 40 degrees. Do not overheat application! You can use heating devices, oven, hair dryer, warm boiler cover to heat up application.
put on the body, cover and heat for 20-30 min.
after use, refrigerate and store in the original packaging. Do not store in direct sunlight.

Do not use application in case of acute injury!

Only for external use. Reusable.
