If you noticed a delivery address error in your order, you can change it by contacting us via e-mail: and specifying the order number. Orders returned due to an invalid shipping address will be charged a new reshipment fee.

* Currently received foreign shipments are delivered to all requested destinations, despite the fact that emergency situations may cause delivery delays.

Upon receiving the product, the buyer must immediately write to, to receive a return form.

Products whose packaging has been opened are considered used and cannot be returned. The product must be unused and undamaged. A printed order confirmation must be attached when returning the product. Return costs are borne by the buyer. The amount of the product is returned to the same current account from which the buyer made the payment for the product. The buyer is refunded within 7 working days from the day the returned item is received.
